Making a Difference College Scholarship 2016 Winners

The NEFCU Scholarship Committee recently awarded $1,500 scholarships to five college students for their outstanding academic achievements. Scholarships were presented to:

Making a Different Community College Scholarship 2016 Winners

The NEFCU Scholarship Committee also recently awarded $1,000 scholarships to five community college students for their outstanding academic achievements. Scholarships were presented to:

NEFCU Awards $20,000 Making a Difference Premier Scholarship!

Congratulations to Meagan Loyst, our $20,000 Making a Difference Premier Scholarship recipient! This scholarship award will be paid over four years ($5,000 per academic year). In May, Meagan was awarded $500 from NEFCU as part of its Making a Difference High School Scholarship program. Our Scholarship Committee reviewed so many qualified and admirable applicants for this scholarship program, but Meagan’s accomplishments clearly stood out. The 2015 high school graduate from Lake Grove plans to attend the Carroll School of Management at Boston College in the fall.

Making a Difference High School Scholarship 2015 Winners

NEFCU is pleased to announce the winners of our Making a Difference High School Scholarship.

The NEFCU Scholarship Committee awarded $500 scholarships to 86 high school seniors graduating from Nassau and Suffolk County high schools for their academic excellence and outstanding service to their communities. Scholarships were presented to 63 local high schools in Nassau County and 23 in Suffolk County.
