Many of our open positions require the ability to work a rotating schedule on a rotating basis. Branch hours vary by location but typically require Friday evenings and Saturday mornings on a rotating basis.

Full-time positions offer an excellent benefit package including Medical, Dental, Prescription, 401K and Pension. Salary will commensurate with experience.

Become a Mystery Shopper

What is a Mystery Shopper?

A Mystery Shopper is a member like you, who visits NEFCU and evaluates the level of service received. As a shopper, your identity must remain anonymous. Being a shopper is simple and easy, plus it's a great way to provide feedback to us:

  • Minimal time is required because you are assigned to visit your local branch and to conduct your financial business, as usual, approximately one time a month.
  • The shop evaluation form is done online and should take no longer than 20 minutes to complete.
  • You'll get paid too! For a teller assignment, we will deposit $10.00 into your savings or checking account. For member service, telephone, electronic or loan shops we will deposit $15.00.

Once you sign up for the Mystery Shop Program you will receive the guidelines of the program in more detail. Upon confirmation of your acceptance of the guidelines, you'll receive a welcome kit that includes everything you need to get started, as well as your first shop assignment!
